Venison Rump Roast Yum!

It's that time of year to fill the freezer with venison.
Brown a rump roast and cut up onion in a small amount of olive oil. Spice the meat, add one package of onion soup mix and 2 1/4 cups water.
Add potatoes, veggies, bring to full pressure then cook for 15minutes (for a small roast.) Let pressure cooker steam off by its self.
Add Progresso bread crumbs small amounts at a time to make a thick gravy. Serve!
Add a salad, fresh bread and eat up. Fantastic meal in one pot.

No cook Appetizer

One package cream cheese
Picante sauce,
shredded cheese
mix well,
spread on tortilla, roll, cut to bite size.
Done!
My kind of cooking, no stove involved!
