Mom's Roast Beef

It is a known fact that no one on earth can cook a roast beef like my mom so here is her secret.... it's all in the seasoning.

Garlic Powder (not salt)
Onion Powder (not salt)
White pepper
Thyme
Use generously and rub all over the roast,
add a small amount of olive oil and water to the pan, roast.

Meats to use: Top Sirloin, Rib eye, Rump roast.
