1 lb. ground venison or beef
2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (original)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Brown ground venison or beef. Drain. Combine all ingredients into slow cooker or sauce pan and cook on low heat until cheese is thoroughly melted, stirring occasionally.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Perfect for Dirty Bingo night with the girls.

The BEST Pumpkin Bread in the WORLD!!!

This recipe makes 2 or 3 loaves depending on how big you want them, if you like the size I gave you then make 3.
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
4 eggs
1 cup canola oil
2/3 cup water
3 cups sugar
3 ½ cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp ground ginger
Beat eggs, add water, oil, pumpkin and beat well, add sugar mix well. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and spices in a separate bowl. Then add to pumpkin mixture. Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350* for 50 minutes, bread is done when toothpick comes out clean.
