Spinach Pie Jim's Fav

Crust:
1 box seasoned croutons
1/2 cup margarine melted
Filling:
6 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese- cut into cubes
3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup onion-chopped
1 clove garlic
Preheat oven to 350, make crust- press into sides of pie plate
mix everything else
Bake for 35 minutes.
